Qinso / Break Down

User Agreement

This User Agreement explains how you may use the current iOS version of Qinso, a casual disassembly and tidy-up game also presented as Break Down. It is written for the App's real feature set today: local play, local progress storage, optional user-selected record-card images, and no account, multiplayer, leaderboard, cloud sync, or AI functionality in the current version.

1

Scope of This User Agreement

This document explains the basic rules for using the App and related content.

This User Agreement applies to your use of Qinso, including the current iOS game experience, related in-app pages, and the standalone policy pages that accompany the App. When we say "Qinso," "Break Down," "we," "our," or "us," we mean the operator of the App. When we say "you," we mean the person using the App.

The App is a relaxation-focused disassembly game where players tap, drag, and rotate parts to gradually take apart layered objects and place those parts into a neat tray. This Agreement is drafted to match the App's current feature set and is intended to be read together with mandatory legal protections that may apply where you live.

2

Eligibility and Guardian Review

Please use the App only if you can legally agree to digital product terms in your jurisdiction.

By using the App, you confirm that you are legally able to accept this Agreement or that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed it and accepts it on your behalf where local law requires that step. If you are using the App for a minor, you are responsible for supervising the minor's use, including any optional photo selections added to in-app record cards.

3

App Use License

Your permission to use the App is limited, personal, and revocable.

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, lawful, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices that you control. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

Current feature boundaries

  • No account creation is required in the current version.
  • No multiplayer, leaderboard, social feed, or public profile is provided today.
  • No AI feature is offered in the current version.

Local experience

  • Gameplay progress and settings are saved locally on your device.
  • Completion card images you choose are stored locally in the current version.
  • If you delete the App or reset progress, local content may be lost.
4

Acceptable Use

Please use the App in a respectful and lawful way.

  • You may not use the App in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
  • You may not interfere with the App's operation, security, or normal gameplay behavior.
  • You may not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, disable integrity checks, or use the App in a way that could damage our content or another person's device, except where a mandatory legal right permits otherwise.
  • You may not use the App or its content for misleading commercial exploitation without our written permission.
5

Photos and User Materials

The current version lets you optionally add a chosen image to a completion record card.

If you choose to add a photo, you are responsible for the image you select. You confirm that you have the right to use that image and that using it in the App will not violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

In the current version, selected images are handled through the iOS photo picker and are stored locally on your device for the related record card. The App is not designed to upload those images to us as part of normal operation. Because photos may contain personal or sensitive material, please choose images carefully.

6

Health, Comfort, and Safe Use

This is a leisure product and should be used thoughtfully.

  • Take breaks if you experience fatigue, eye strain, dizziness, or discomfort.
  • Do not use the App while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or during any activity that requires full attention.
  • If a minor uses the App, an adult should supervise the device, especially before selecting a photo from the device library.
7

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content remain protected by law.

The App's code, game design, level structure, text, visual design, branding, layout, and other original materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.

If you send feedback, ideas, or suggestions to us, you allow us to use them to improve the App without an obligation to pay you, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.

8

Updates, Availability, and Changes

The App may evolve over time.

We may update the App, adjust content, change features, refine visuals, add or remove optional functionality, or discontinue parts of the experience when reasonably necessary. Because the current version is local-first, you are responsible for your own device backups if preserving local progress matters to you.

We may also update this User Agreement to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. If we do, the updated version will carry a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Agreement, except where applicable law requires a different process.

9

Consumer Rights and Regional Protections

Mandatory rights still apply even when this Agreement says otherwise.

Nothing in this User Agreement excludes, limits, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you live in California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer or privacy protections, those rights remain available to you.

Examples of mandatory protections

  • Non-waivable consumer guarantees and statutory remedies.
  • Privacy, access, correction, deletion, and complaint rights where applicable.
  • Any local rule that gives you stronger protection than this document.

How conflicts are handled

  • If a local law gives you a stronger right, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
  • If a local law requires a different dispute process, that local rule prevails.
  • If part of this Agreement is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect as far as law permits.
10

Disclaimers

The App is offered as a game experience, not as a professional service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, available on every device, or suitable for every purpose. The App is for entertainment and relaxation only; it is not a medical, mental health, educational certification, or safety-critical product.

11

Liability Limits

We limit liability only to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

This section does not override non-excludable rights, including consumer guarantees and mandatory statutory remedies that apply in places such as California, Canada, Singapore, and Australia.
12

Suspension, Discontinuation, and Ending Use

You may stop using the App at any time, and we may also change or retire it.

You may stop using the App whenever you want. We may suspend or discontinue the App or portions of it if reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Because the current version keeps progress locally, uninstalling the App, resetting progress, or deleting related local files may remove your saved gameplay information and any selected completion card images.

13

Governing Law

California law applies unless mandatory local law requires a different result.

Unless a mandatory law in your place of residence says otherwise, this User Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be handled in a forum that has lawful jurisdiction, while preserving any non-waivable rights you may have under local consumer protection law.
